Thank you so much to First Tee for choosing Ralston School - PRSD #8 for their program. What is First Tee? It is a youth development program offered by Golf Canada that introduces the game of golf and its inherent value to young people. The goal is to shape values like integrity, respect and perseverance through the game of golf. Included in the kit were plastic clubs, balls, tees, mats, flags etc to teach JK-4 golf skills. Thank you to Darren McMillian from South Alberta Hockey Academy for the initial organization. Students in grades 1-3 were excited to open the kit and start today. AgPro students had the opportunity to practice their elevator pitch on an agricultural technology that already exists or one they created today.
